We use strip wax and hot wax.
Strip wax is accomplished, when a thin layer of heated wax is applied to the skin in the direction of the hair growth.
A cloth or paper strip is applied and pressed firmly , adhering the strip to the wax and the wax to the skin.
The strip is then quickly ripped against the direction of the hair growth, as parallel as possible to the skin to avoid trauma to the skin. This removes the wax along with the hair.
Hot wax, also referred as hard wax, is applied as a thick layer of wax on the skin, left to harden for few seconds, and then is removed off the skin, without using any cloth or strip. This waxing method is very beneficial for people who have sensitive skin, also helps to minimize ingrowing hairs and is less painful.
